Any decent Skoda specialist in Abu Dhabi? Feeling lost with my Octavia

I bought a 2018 Skoda Octavia a few months ago and overall I love it, but last week the check engine light came on with a code related to the turbo wastegate actuator. I took it to a couple of general garages near my place in Mussafah and they either had no idea how to calibrate the actuator or wanted to replace the whole turbo for a crazy price. A colleague who used to have a VW said that Skoda shares so many parts with Audi and VW that you really need a mechanic who knows the EA888 engine and the specific software. I’ve been searching for a Professional Skoda Repair Abu Dhabi shop that actually has the diagnostic tools to test the actuator without guessing, but most places seem to focus on Toyota or Nissan. Has anyone here had a good experience with a workshop that understands Skodas, especially turbo or DSG related issues? I don’t mind driving a bit if they’re honest and know what they’re doing. Just tired of getting blank stares when I mention the car is basically a Volkswagen underneath. Appreciate any help before I end up at the dealer.
