A friend of mine recently moved out of an apartment and ended up disagreeing with the landlord over the security deposit and some repair costs. They had discussed everything before leaving, but the final deductions were different from what my friend expected. Now they’re trying to understand what options they have without making the situation more complicated. While researching rental property disputes, I found plenty of general information but would rather hear from people with actual experience. Has anyone dealt with something similar in Dubai? Any suggestions on what documents or records were useful?
