P0420 code after an offroad trip, catalytic converter or sensor?

I took my 2015 Jeep Wrangler JK offroading last weekend and now the check engine light is on with code P0420, catalyst efficiency below threshold. The car runs fine otherwise, no loss of power. A friend said the offroad bouncing might have damaged the catalytic converter internals, or maybe it’s just a dirty oxygen sensor. I don’t want to replace the cat if it’s just a sensor. I need to find a shop that offers Mussafah Catalytic Converter Repair and can do a proper diagnosis, like checking live data from the O2 sensors and doing a backpressure test. Has anyone here had a P0420 after offroading and found it was just a loose O2 sensor or a small exhaust leak? Also wondering if running rich from a cold air intake could cause this code. The car has 100k km and I have no other symptoms. Any advice on what to check first or a good shop in Mussafah would be great. Thanks.
